As the title suggests, tomato base, mozarella on top of that then a sprinkling of savoy cabbage, chopped up bacon and a bit of balsamic glaze.
Sounds totally wrong but it tasted amazing - unfortunately no photos as it was demolished very quickly.

I make a very similar one - brussel sprouts and pancetta. Shredded brussels sounds 'orrible, but as with the savoy cabbage, taste great.
I'll probably take your lead and use savoy cabbage next time I make it as it has to be easier to shred savoy cabbage than brussels and probably tastes almost identical!

mmmm I use Cavalo Nero (Black Tuscan Kale) on mine too, very nice, great combo with bacon too. Cheers Marcus
