Almost out of my order of belchadre mixed grain flour and need to order some more flour for bread... Will probably use molino caputo tomorrow to make some bread... but any suggestions on other flours to try? Would ideally be something I can order online as I am really lazy... (and maybe with a name I can spell, unlike belchadre! ) M.

Shipton Mill Type 55 makes lovely bread - it's aimed at French type bread....

I had some fun with the Shipton Mill flours. They really have a great range of options. Enough to keep you busy for a few months, I think.

Thanks - will see what I can order online Shipton Mill don't seem to do 25kg sacks of seeded flour, but I may try some brown flour for once... (yes, I really do go through that much flour! I'm baking 3kg each weekend for friends and family... may have to start charging them soon ) Part of me really wants to play with a home-mill and some grain... but I don't want to spend £200-£300 on something that I may never use again...
