Did a test event today and tried out some new topping combinations. The biggest favorite of the day was our version of Lahmacun, using minced beef with some feta crumbled on prior to cooking. then once it comes out the WFO, we put on chopped Toms, Spring onion and salad leafs, then a drizzle of lemon juice. Fantastic !
Then we did a grape pizza with Mozzarella and Gorgonzola. Very different but unbelievable taste.
Next was our potato pizza, using fresh pesto instead of tomato sauce, sliced cooked new potatoes, a sprinkling of mozzarella and topped with very finely slices onion and then a sprinkling of Rosemary. I really like this.
Then my favorite, Tomato sauce, Mozzarella, pulled pork, bbq sauce and a few medium chili's ! simple but awesome taste.
Please try them, they are really tasty
