Those of us of a certain vintage will well remember the 80′s exotica of Findus French Bread Pizza, a Pizza, that you can cook at home…amazing. These days we are spoilt for choice with ingredients so are not limited to Pepperoni, Chilli Beef and Pineapple and Ham. So here I have brought the French Bread Pizza to date with creamy Buffalo Mozarella, spicy Calabrian N’Duja and sweet Sun Ripened Tomato. On slices of stone baked bageutte, I rubbed a halved garlic clove, and the placed torn pieces of N’Duja (spicy soft sausage), mozarella, and tomato, before placing under a hot grill for 5/6 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil and serve hot. These days we’d probably call it a bruschetta Cheers Marcus

This was from a little deli in Aberdeen. They usually sell it in Waitrose from unearthed. Cheers Marcus

And a really, really good wild boar salami that makes a fantastic pizza topping. Funnily enough I have some nduja in the fridge right now, plus a couple of pizza dough balls in the fridge....

I was getting mine from Waitrose also but Unearthed lost their supplier. Ocado do one but it's not as nice as the unearthed one and is hot and a bit rough.
