Hello all! There may be similar threads about this, but I thought I might share a few images of what I managed to cook in one firing of the WFO this weekend. I have had a working oven for a few months now and I have so much to learn. One key aspect of cooking with the WFO is timing, so planning ahead to make sure everything is ready to go in at the right time. I need to get better at this - especially when it comes to proving for bread etc. Here are a few pics. I did a couple pizzas followed by bread rolls, a large loaf of bread, then a slow cooked pork shoulder. Was happy with all apart from the rolls which did not rise adequately in the time I gave it. I would have removed the coals prior to doing the bread, but I did not have the tools. The loaf has a nice smokey flavour as a result! If interested, I can send through recipes for any on request! Robin

Wow, amazing stuff, what a feast that was, just shows how versatile WFO cooking is. Cheers Marcus
