No progress to report on my oven build tonight so I had time to do some baking ready for my daughters 1st birthday party. Though I would share my sausage roll experiment. Recipe includes our air dried belly pork from our own pigs. Those look great! I will definitely try your recipe for the pastry. I do shortcrust pastry but have never tried puff pastry so I am looking to try it this year.
