Selling your house with a WFO

Afternoon,
has anyone sold their house after building a WFO? I think we will be selling up soon and just wondered how much the estate agent made of the oven. Was it just a small comment or did they make alot of it and put it as a main selling point?

I think it really depends on how integrated the build is. If it's a beautifully designed outdoor kitchen which complements the house, I reckon it can add a fair bit to the value.

If it's a monster (like mine) which is eternally unfinished, it may actually detract from the value

It really comes down to finding the right buyer I guess..

I asked about building a small one , as I am about to put mine on the market. I didn't in the end because it's horses for courses but I could only ever see it as a bonus! I think that it would give the garden WOW factor.
