Hello All, I grilled these in the WFO for Mother's Day. Red Snapper, cleaned and scored with Trinidadian Green Seasoning. Green Seasoning has the following all blended together into a pesto like paste: 4 spring onions 1 bunch thyme 1 bunch cilantro 1 bunch parsley 12 cloves garlic 1 large onion, peeled and chopped Pimento Peppers Attachments:

Great pictures and what a brilliant set-up in your oven. It's surprising how versatile these little wood-fired oven can be.
