What do the various ICONS mean?

Could someone explain what the various Icons mean? I've attached an example. I sort of understand the "hot" but what makes it hot (i.e. number of reads, etc). As for the exclamation mark and the thumb - I have no idea what they mean. If there are other icons we might see it would be nice to explain them all. (I did look on the Proboards help but couldn't find anything.

The icons in the second column are determined by the OP (original poster or starter of the thread). This is set when you create a new thread and they have no intrinsic meaning.

What is "hot" is purely determined by the number of replies a thread gets, 20 I think.

Proboards static help is pretty lame but their support forums are responsive.
