Has some sort of admin gone on which is causing lots of stuff which hasn't been updated to start showing up as NEW. I use new to determine what I hven't looked at now tons of stuff (but not everything) is showing up as NEW even though the last updated date is some time ago.

Hi Paul,
The system only registers that you've read something when you are logged in. If you read something when not logged in the system will still display it as "New" when you next log in.
There may be some threads that show up as entirely new if we move them from one board to another. A couple of build threads were posted in the wrong board and this will have reset them. Teething pains I'm afraid.

I actually went through the whole forum before I made my post so I know nothing was marked as new but heres an example from 10 minutes ago where every item in "Pizza Dough" shows up as new.Attachments:

Well, that's just plain weird. It sounds like your browser (or some device between your browser and the server) is delivering a chached copy of the page instead of the live one.
Are you using anything 'bleeding edge' like a phone/tablet, 3G internet, odd browser, proxy server?
Try hitting the "mark as read" and see if it resets to normal.
(Not related, but Proboards seem to be having issues tonight with a bear loose in the datacenter.)

Just using Windows 7 and Firefox 10.0.2 (32-bit). No proxy and I've reloaded (Ctlr-R) the pages on several occasions. I will monitor it over the next couple of days.
