Welcome Dann - why should you be any different to the rest of us? I think that those who don't have an oven are working out how to do it, and those who do are dreaming up recipes and when to use it! ;D But who am I to judge? And as for home improvement ... Well that goes without saying ... Isn't that the oven? Now back to your complaint .......

Hi Dann, Only 3 hours? Honestly, you need to get your priorities in order. All the things on your list can wait. Note these guys built the oven before completing the frame of the house, let alone putting in fancy things like carpets.

ahh perhaps you need to change the attack, every body needs a good work / play balance, so you can keep the work list as it is and start a play list to run in parallel, build pizza oven can top the list, so whilst you work you also get to "play" a little as well, should mean you can get started earlier and still keep up with the needed work. either way, welcome to the forum. Everyone with half an interest is welcome you don't need a build diary to contribute or or get involved, hopefully by the time you are freed from the imposed DIY you will know what you want to build .
