Good evening everyone from a wet Northern Ireland, my name is Phil & this is our first attempt at an outdoor oven. My wife & I have commenced our build and have completed up to the base for the oven floor. We now need to source fire brick & refractory cement hopefully in NI to save on transport costs. We will be diving into the forum frequently for advice and guidance. Thanks in anticipation.

Hello Fil.....welcome to the forum. All the best with your oven build!!.....there are a few Irish fire-brick suppliers on this link from our old forum.. woodovenukforum.forumup.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=714&mforum=woodovenukforum The chap who many of us buy from in mainland UK is Liam from "Kilnlinings"...he also delivers to Ireland and I think he charges £1.30 per full brick including delivery (not exactly sure...but he's phone friendly) Also "Boards I.E" have a few threads on sourcing refractory bricks in Ireland. It may be worth having a look at that forum for suppliers. Terry
