Hi all,

I'm about to build, a while after attending a very useful course down in Essex (2010) and thought I'd got it pretty clear just what I was going to do. But a bit of Googling showed the explosion of interest and of course the infinite variety of ovens plus, eventually, this forum and the knowledge here. 

While I'm content with the basic build, and have got to 'platform' height, before I get going on the interesting bit I now have a couple of questions re insulation that I didn't have before!

So, advised re forum etiquette, I'm now going to post over in 'insulation tips'...
