My name's Alex. I've been wanting to build an oven for years now but living in a city with no garden meant that wasn't possible. After struggling to cook pizzas in a BBQ all those years, temporary re-location to the countryside and some free time has allowed me to consider it seriously. I'm starting from nothing in terms of skills and knowledge but I'm hoping you guys will be able to help with that. Look forward to my time here. Now time to figure out what design to build and how to build it!
