I am Gavin Phillips. I am just about to buy Diamant 525 mill, and have been baking sourdough for several years in electric oven. I want to build some portable, wood-fired oven with horizontal shelves. I have built dustbin tandoor with garden pots. It works, even tho' the pots have cracked. I will first search for info here before asking an avalanche of questions.
