Hi folks - and especially hello to Terry!
As my name suggests I'm pretty well obsessed by bread and breadmaking - especially the teaching of it!
I have a Castmaster chiminea come pizza oven I use whenever I fancy a pizza, and I sometimes have access to a brilliant clay oven built by kids from Halcon Primary School in Taunton (where I've been running a Family Learning session for the past 10 years). It's in the shape of a dragon - or a dinosaur, can't quite decide.
I've been checking out the train times and prices to Betwys-Y-Coed with a view to joining Terry and others for a breadmaking weekend in July (still negotiating with my wife as to the length of my stay!).
To say it would be good to meet up again, Terry, would be an understatement!
Cheers, Paul
