Simon Brookes is a Clay/Cob oven builder who has his own Clay oven Blogsite. He has just posted an interesting article on his blog which may be of interest to Clay oven builders. He has much experience in this field and also has plans for a Clay oven build. His latest comments can be followed here... clayoven.wordpress.com/2012/03/12/winter-damage-again/ Terry

I haven't much experience with clay, but noticed a "tweet" from Simon which I thought may interest our Clay/Cob oven builders.
I've asked him a few times to join us.....so far he's declined (I still think he's rather good though)

Hi slowfood
Just google 'Create your own blog', click on one of the links and you'll be given full instructions.
It's really easy - and quick. The hardest thing is thinking up the right name for your blog.
Cheers, Paul

I use wordpress, it's easy to set up and post, but have a look at afew as Paul says and see what you like, I started mine up at the suggestion of the guys on here, and haven't look back. It's all their fault Cheers Marcus
