Hi, I'm Phil from near hull in east Yorkshire. I've been wanting to build an oven for a while and I've finally bitten the bullet. With no building skills I have taken the easy route and bought an oven from Etna ovens which leaves me just the base to build. The oven, bricks, blocks and the mesh for the base has arrived so I've just got to wait for the frost to pass so I can pour the base and get cracking! No doubt I'll be asking you all questions before long when I get stuck with the build!

Yes don't forget the photos!! It looks like my plan to take a tree out this weekend to make way for my new kitchen , may have to be delayed. The wind is way too ferocious to be chopping tree!
