Hi All,
I am Tesh, this is my love... Well outdoor cooking and entertaining, with my wife and kids.
I have never built anything before and I aspired to build a cob oven and experiment with all types of food. So I did it and the picture is my creation!
Essex is our home, the weather has effected the build process so this years oven will have to be in encased in some ways
also I would like to add a smoker to the side to allow the capture of the heat lost through the chimney.
Any ideas
