Hi everybody and thank you for the forum.
I live in Essex.
I am in the process of building a tandoor oven, I had looked at buying a pizza oven but they are so expensive, since looking for fire bricks for the tandoor I came across this forum full of great infomation.
It looks as though I can have a wood fired oven after all, so I am going to build one! (with your help please!)
Looking forward to reading your posts and eating great food this summer cooked in my garden. Happy day's.
