If any one is interested, Marcus has quite a thriving BBQ/ smoking community going on Facebook, loads of recipes etc. Some seriously heavy weight chefs post there as well. It's not run along the lines of a forum but still quite easy to catch up on hints and tips. A lot of which can be used on the wood burner.
