Howdy howdy from Alberta Canada. Going to build a pizza oven this spring/summer. Once all this chilly -15c (now) weather is gone. Should be a fun project. I have all the meterial to give it a go. (Took two years ) lol. Was hard to find "fire brick" but finally found some last fall. Been on this site lurking for awhile. Awesome threads etc. Thx to all.

G'day Great to hear from you. I'm like you , climate has curtailed any activity with my oven.... Just too hot . Its 9:30 at night and its 24C still but at least its not 28 or 30C like some nights.  Regards dave |

Welcome to the forum, I start a new build this year as well but am going for another cob oven.
