First fire up of the year!, made about 5-6 pizzas. As this was a hasty rush with the nice weather on sunday there are no round pizzas here lol! I had some cheddar/mozarella and pepperoni/pesto in the fridge thats it lol. Used bolognese sauce as a base. Used seasoned hardwood to burn. For about an hours firing, used about 6-7 wrist thick pieces. Getting it lit with the weed burner then upto temp in about 15mins. Oven floor temp about 350-500 degrees throughout Cheating using a rolling pin! A basic small pepperoni and mozzarella to start Turned out ok, Friends pesto base with cheddar and mozzarella Just a random one with everything on note the first test base in the background lol, we disintigrated that one!

Webaldo
Top notch Pizza's.....They look good enough to eat !!!
In all honesty your pizza's look the real deal. You pay a lot of money for unison looking pizza's from the commercials, but your photo's show's how an honest pizza should look like....well done....I love it.

Hello mcdonalddavis........welcome to the forum Normally you could send a private message (PM) to someone on the forum for private advice, but as Webbaldo has posted as a guest this is not possible. It does look to me like this model www.bernitopizzaovens.co.uk/pizzaovens.php I haven't used that make myself so can't give any first hand advice. If you use the "search" facility at the top of the page and type in Bernito you may find some comments from other members. Likewise do the same on our old forum woodovenukforum.forumup.co.uk/index.php?mforum=woodovenukforum ....although you will have to register first.....I think. Terry
