Welcome back; as a Pizzaiarist where do you stand on the 'less is more' debate, it seems to come up every time I fire the WFO for pizza ?

That is a good question. I'm of the opinion that if you create a pizza dough with bags of flavour, you will find yourself doing little to interrupt that flavour-wise. I am critical of strange toppings on pizza. A great pizza doesn't require mediocre pulled pork (or great pulled pork doesn't require mediocre pizza) so why should we supplement the two together. I'm hoping to get the first dough recipe on naturallypizza.org soon which in my opinion requires little to show it off.
