another ex veggie here !!! our french friends and neighbours can never get over how many veggies we eat !! and on open day Sundays they can be heard counting the veggies LOL its funny watching them turn into avid veg eaters !!!
vegi food can be really tasty and I promise to post more recipes in the veggie section and hopefully others will as well

baron kev how about trying barbying in a bag ? you can make one from wet paper or tinfoil cooking the meats and fish in a sealed packet with the veggies and seasoning does give a brilliant flavour
