Have any of you installed Temp probes inside your wfo ?
Im thinking of installing a stainless steel pipe in the floor area and side walls to allow a probe in, this can then be replaced via the pipe should it become damaged.
is this a good idea, im just thinking of getting an idea of temps in the oven since ive never used one before,
would i lose too much heat through the pipes ?
would it give an uneaven heat up / heat sink effect ? if so can i place them inside the oven insulation ?
thanks for any info ( to an obvious newbie)

Good idea to use a tube, I wouldn't think you'd loose enough heat through it to worry. It's certainly something I'd consider. Having had probes die over the years at work it makes perfect sense to me.
