Hi gang.
Thought I'd say hi and steal some ideas and get some inspiration. Promised SWMBO a WFO for the new house. Seems about the right time of year to make a start.
Looking at a modular unit due to time constraints.

Not that hard with the user name, but i still feel like a detective.

Good luck with the build, slow cooked pork here we come.
Did a gammon the other day after cooking pizzas, slow cooked overnight for 16 hours. The tray was still to hot to hold in the morning. You will love it.
