Hello from another new member!

Hi everyone. I just joined the forum having been on a 'building a clay oven' day with Terry Lyons. Learned a lot but hope to find out a lot more here as I decide which sort of oven to build in my back garden. I regularly bake bread (3-4 times a week) and also want to cook more generally in a wood-fired oven.
looking forward to picking up hints and tips so any guidance is welcome!
