Hello everyone, Joined up to the forums and have been lurking, reading and absorbing as much information as possible for the last week or so and thought it was about time i introduced myself. My name is Rich and i live in the south west of Cornwall. I have been well and truly bitten my the WFO bug and cannot wait to get started on my own project. (almost finished my design ) My first taste of a pizza from a wfo locally was only a month ago, when my best mates dad built his own clay oven and invited us around for a few beers and pizza, needless to say the desire to build my own has been an obsession ever since. (even got the wife on board). I have been really inspired by the projects on these forums and look forward to sharing mine with you once i start (going for a outdoor kitchen with wfo, parilla grill and counter). Please let me apologise now as i will no doubt be bombarding you all with requests for info and help. I look forward to talking to you all soon Cheers Rich P.S If anyone has any building plans for a Parilla grill they are happy to share, i would be very grateful

Hi Rich, sounds like a great outdoor kitchen you've got planned, definately the way froward with the weather we get in the SW. Parilla grill sounds good, I went for an oil drum BBQ/smoker in mine. I'm moving onto stage 3 of my outdoor kitchen now. Ask lots of questions, everyone here is very helpful, take lots of photos is all we ask. Cheers Marcus

Hello Rich.....Welcome to the forum.
Last year there was a thread on a Parilla grill. I'm not sure if it was on our old forum or on the FB forum.
Like Marcus said.....keep asking.....there's always someone with the answer. The "search" button is good for finding info already on a forum.

welcome Rich , I have been recently bitten by the smoking bug ( after suffering from a severe bite from the brining, curing one) so the next build for me will definately have a smoking chamber !!!

outdoor cooking, one toy is never enough ;-)
I tried to fit space for a BBQ and smoke chamber below but alas space was not sufficient. Mobile gas BBQ was a reasonable substitute.
welcome to the forum, can't wait to get the questions, the often start debates and also introduce new ideas or fresh takes on older ideas.

Autocad!!!! it will be Powerpoint next - for a man that has never owned a mobile phone and never will, just get some clay (I was once paid big bucks to do a PP presentation and I still get flash backs), rocks, stones or bricks and build............. and enjoy - melt the mobile... enjoy pizza and real bread...
