Any Recommendations for Commercial WFO's?

Guys I'm looking for any knowledge whatsoever out there of commercial WFO pizza ovens.

e.g.
Are the best ones dual fuel etc?

Could you realistically use a self build one for a commercial pizza shop?

Any recommended brands...? 

Also any idea on general costs for them?
