Guys I'm looking for any knowledge whatsoever out there of commercial WFO pizza ovens.
e.g. Are the best ones dual fuel etc?
Could you realistically use a self build one for a commercial pizza shop?
Any recommended brands...?
Also any idea on general costs for them?
