Hello everyone, just researching building a wood fired oven at the moment down here in sunny Cornwall. Cant decide weather to build from scratch or buy a ready made oven from xclusive barbecues.

Instead of self building you should buy portable wood fired pizza oven. As they are easy to move from one place to other. I recommend you to buy portable WFPO from ilFornino instead of xclusive barbecues. Last year I bought ilFornino Professional series WFPO. This is one of the best WFPO.
