I know its a pretty simple recipe but I tried it and they were awesome!
Wrap up a washed potato (don't peel them) in tin foil, add a little bit of oil with some garlic and any herbs you like or have on hand.
Chuck the tin foil wrapped potato in your pizza oven amongst the coals for about 10 mins or until the potato's are soft.
Cut open your potato's add a bit of butter or sour cream and enjoy!

Onions and also garlic bulbs cook well this way but one veg that can be forgotten that cooks surprislingly well in this manner is the humble beetroot. Buy fresh unpickled beetroot cheap as chips,( or straight from the veg patch) wrap in tin foil (three layers) and into the fire for an hour.

tonight it was sweet pots I cooked them with the short rib of beef directly on top of them , nothing else needed except for some maldon salt !!!!
