What a lovely forum 
I'm Mark from a small village in the Neath Valley, South Wales, mad about growing chillies, wood fires and cooking outdoors.

I'm an engineer working in the automotive supply community, making fancy exhaust systems for Jaguar in my current place of employment!

I also own a number of classic motorbikes which I compete on in local trials - that's riding through mud and over rocks etc

I've been lucky enough to have travelled the world a fair bit with my job, always on the look out for new cuisine and the cooking methods.

Anyway, I want to build/buy a pizza oven for my garden decking area, looks like I found the right place to start!

What chillies do you grow? I used to grow a few chillies myself, and after a few trials with the killers (naga, ghost pepper, etc) I settled down for a Gambian scotch-bonnet (seeds from Gambia). Tastes fruity, but packs quite a punch afterwards.
