Hi everyone, I've just stumbled across this forum while looking for recipes and it looks brilliant. New to WFO's this year, cheated I'm afraid and bought an oven from this company www.bbovens.co.uk/I would really have liked to have built a big dome but time and space hasn't allowed. Very, very happy with the results from this barrell oven, it's made from vitcas ceramics but with stainless steel covering the fireclay, heat retention has been much better than I imagined it to be. Pizza, bread, chicken, pork and beef have all been excellent. I'm looking forward to picking people's brains, looks like there are some experienced WFO users here.
