Hi! My OH and I have been looking at this site for a while and are now ready to plan and build our oven. We are thinking of doing a sideways barrel vault (saw one on here somewhere) but would also like to vent the chimney out of the back as the oven is under the edge of a gazebo with a wooden shingle roof! Any advice much appreciated! We are home growers, brewers and bakers and can't wait to get started...
