Hi Everyone
We've just returned from a long stint overseas (13 years) and will be building our own home in the Northwest of the country. I cook from scratch daily, and enjoy using wood-fired ovens and BBQs. We don't have time to build the oven ourselves and so are looking for a professional mason/outside oven builder, but I haven't been successful finding this skill in the UK so far. Can you recommend a Guild or qualified individuals whom I might contact, please?
Kind regards
Donna

Is there such a thing as a qualified oven builder, where in the north west are you. Have a look at mine, would think to duplicate mine maybe 3--4k.

I have a Stone Bake Oven Co Rocca 90 ( the Rocca is no longer in production replaced by newer models) although we assembled and built in our own Stone Bake Oven Co do build them.
We use ours year round, its in a lean to greenhouse mainly for roasts but also general cooking and pizzas, being indoors and only 20ft from the back door I can use it any weather, although wife had to hold an umbrella for me this morning to shelter bacon and pitta bread. This weekend sat pizzas for 2, breakfast for three ( son) and tonight roast lamb for 4 ( 2 sons).
If you can build it in to an existing building or build a shelter of some sort you will use it much more as you can cook in any weather.
Mine is a 90cm model, I would not go any smaller, sometimes I wish I had a larger one?

I agree with Bandit, I have just ordered the mezzo 76 from stonebake oven company and it is being delivered on Tuesday. Bandit?, did you build that base for your oven? I am struggling to decide what stand to build
