My oven comes tomorrow and will be starting my stand next week. I am making a wooden stand with a concrete base / plinth for the oven to go on. I was wondering if anyone could advise / recommend somewhere where I could purchase a premade plinth, or would I be ok laying bricks underneath the pizza oven for the base. any advice would be much appreciated. (the issue that I have is that I have a new baby and don't really have the time to attempt to make my own)..thanks

I think you'll struggle to find a pre-made plinth, purely because of the variety in dimensions required by different users. The quickest simplest method would be concrete lintels topped with either paving slabs or concrete blocks (or both) as these won't require the 'drying time' required by a cast plinth.
