Hi,
after spending hours reading builds and other peoples ovens ideas, I decided to knock down part of the flower bed and start building one, the base is almost complete just needs a final render. I am going to fill the 6 CM high wooden frame with a Vermiculite concrete mix, ready to fit an oven on top of Calcium Silicate Board to keep the heat in.
Next decision is to build or buy a modular oven and to make the most use of the space, a prebuild oven is out due to access restrictions.
I am have been looking at a modular oven from www.pizzaovensupplies.co.uk/ and rendering the dome. any reviews of these?
This is going to be the finished Vermiculite slab size with a brick edging on the outside.
