8 x Chicken under clubs ( I hope its the correct word ) Salt Pepper black fresh grinded Paprika powder (sweet) 3-4 eating Spoons of Olive Oil 175 g Olives stufft with Garlic 150ml Sherry Fino (dry) 5 Stams of Parsley
Wash the Legs under cold Water and dab it dry. Spice them with Paprikapouder, Pepper and some Salt. Give the Olive Oil in a roast Pan and place the spiced Legs in there. Roast them at 200-220°C for 15-20 min. in the Oven without a lid and turn them around a few times. When the Legs are well cooked and have nice brown colour give the Sherry over it first, then place the sliced Olives over them. Put it back in the Oven till the Sauce has sickend in.
Put fresh chopped Parsley over them.
To serve as a starter, give one Leg with Olives, one Spoon of Sauce and two slides of Baguette.
