hi all. I have wanted to build a pizza/bread oven for a while now. we moved onto our home 3 years ago so it's about time I did something about this itch. I'd be great full of any tips and pitfalls to avoid.

Welcome; the best advice I can give is to read as many build threads as you can and ask lots of questions before you start laying bricks. The WFO is deceptively simple, but easy to get wrong.
