Hi all. What advice can you give with regards to fitting a flue? I'm now building the last bit of the brickwork and will have a course of bricks to which I either build a brick chimney or fit a flue. I can have a stainless steel flue fabricated. What are the rules with regards fitting a steel flue? And what would make the optimum flue? Thanks

This is a bit of a generalisation as you don't give the dimensions of your oven; most domestic WFO's use a 6" (internal diameter) flue, simply because there is lots of it about. Twinwall is preferable because they do get very hot; try a search on eBay for a single section of twinwall and you'll be surprised at what's available. I got a single 1m length free from a neighbour after he'd had a log burner fitted and over ordered.
