first propper use of the oven on saturday night,few friends and family over. lots of pizza,chicken wings,stuffed peppers and loads of others things chucked in along the way. cooked breakfast the next morning (with a hangover) and tea sunday night.. decided to put a piece of brisket in on monday for about 5 hours,oven was still at 150c,the beef was loverly.just checked the oven tonight (tuesday 4.30pm) and still at 100c so really pleased the heat retention...  |
