Hello everyone, My partner and I moved from the Island of Jersey over 6 years ago to the mountains of Central Portugal. We have renovated the house and created a new covered outdoor dining and bbq area and all that was missing was the traditional Portuguese bread oven. I've just started building a large barrel/vault oven on our back patio, built into the natural stone wall.
