Hi Everyone,
My name is Chris and I live just outside of Glasgow. Hope all is well!
I am just about to buy a WFO for my garden, I've been researching these for ages and I've decided that a pre-fabricated 'ready to go' oven is the best option for my garden rather than building out a custom stand and oven.
I've looked at the following options:
Jamie Oliver Ovens - Dome 60 Leggero & Dome 80 Leggero ESSE Firestone Valoriani Baby Stone Bake Oven Company
I've discounted the ESSE Firestone and Stone Bake Oven Company's offerings and I am torn between the Valoriani Baby and the JO Options
The Valoriani tempts me based on the name and history with these ovens it also looks very nice. It is a 60cm floor and is about £2,600 delivered with stand, kit etc and I am sure performance wise will be top class.
On the other hand, I can get the JO Dome 60 Leggero for about £1800 but what is really tempting me is the bigger option there of the Dome 80 with stand, kit etc for £2200 delivered - this would give me more options as I do like slow cooking and roasting and I'm thinking I could also feed everyone on Christmas day and cook everything in there at once?
What's your thoughts on this - would you go for the JO Dome 80 or go with the Valoriani?
Do any of you have either of these ovens or wish to comment, thoughts and opinions appreciated.
Cheers,
Chris

Holy Moley! You'll save a huge percentage of that if you build it yourself.

Hi Chris did u get one in the end?
I've just got the Valoriani baby , v v good oven. Not cheap but woth it I think, v good spec and a v solid build, (I've built my own previously from scratch and also brought a precast one previously that I then insulated and finished off so have a bit of experience and did a fair bit of research..).
