Does anyone have a recipe for, or ever tried to make deliciously soft, white bread rolls/baps/buns that can be used for bacon sandwiches, burgers etc?

Hi rg and Duncan Couldn't find the recipe on that link you gave, rg - found the website, but couldn't see a search box. Here's my soft white roll recipe: nobreadisanisland.blogspot.co.uk/2010/08/1050g-of-dough-weighed-off-at-125g-per.htmlTo convert them to burger buns, weigh them off at around 100g and form into bun shapes as per step 7 then leave them to rest for a few minutes. Flatten them into baps either with a rolling pin or pressing down on them with the palm of your hand and place them on a baking sheet. Brush with water and sprinkle with a few sesame seeds. Cover with a dry tea towel and leave to rise - until they've doubled in size. Bake at 220C for between 12-15 minutes, but check after 8 in case they need moving around in the oven. Cheers, Paul
