hello, I am really keen to get an oven built this year at long last.
I have been hoarding the bricks from storgae heaters and now I reckon I have enough.
It will be a lot easier for me to build it as a square oven rather than the traditional round top.
Will it really matter?
It will be wood fired natch,as I have an abundance of timber

A square oven is actually more difficult to build because of the inherent structural instability combined with the ovens continual expansion and contraction.
