Hi I have a BBQ/smoker/pizza oven and was wondering what I could use for the cooking surface? It needs to be In to pieces each piece has to be 34cm x 24cm and around 10mm in thickness needs to withstand high temp any ideas??

Normal thickness for the floor is around 50 mm. Too thin and it is more likely to crack and won't hold enough heat, you'd have to rake the coals over the floor after cooking a few pizzas to get it hot enough again. Too thick and and it takes much longer to bring to temperature. Firebrick is the usual material used.

It's a BBQ/smoker thing, it has come with a slab of material that you use for cooking pizzas on however it's too small, this has withstood 500 degrees
