12 Inch pizza

Morning all,

I am posting this photo from last night, to all those thinking about or in the middle of a build.

When you are standing in the dark, looking into an oven that you built, watching a roaring fire licking at the 12 inch hand stretched pizza that you slid in there on a pizza paddle. Cheese bubbling ferociously and a smell drifting out of the door that you can't believe is coming from something in your own back garden, it makes it all worth while.....

Build. Cook. Eat. Repeat.

Now that is a piece of Art.

Its a great feeling of satisfaction to produce, not only the oven, but also the Pizza.

Brilliant stuff. Really can't wait to get to that stage. Just at the fourth course and am staring at the arch wondering what on earth happens to those neat circles of bricks when they encounter that vertical face. Looks delicious, and thanks again for your build thread.
