Hello there from darkest Staffordshire! Much as I would love to build my own oven there was no chance of that, but I did manage to persuade my wife that we could justify buying a Morso Forno instead. Does that mean I can join your gang please? I have to say it works very well (the tuscan grill is fabulous), but I'm sure there's a lot to learn from you all-I'm looking forward to exploring!
