Hello from the States

My name is Charles. I live near Macon, GA USA. I've been making and grilling homemade pizzas for a few years now. I decided it was finally time to get a WFO.

I currently work 12 hours a day, 5 days a week plus a few hours on Saturday. With that schedule I definitely have more money than time so I decided to purchase an oven instead of building one. I ordered a Pizzaioli oven made by Impex Fire (a company located in Portugal). I ordered this from Authentic Pizza Ovens located in Scottsdale, AZ USA. It is supposed to arrive on 3/28/2018 but it'll take another month or so before I have a stone stand built. In the meantime I hope to learn as much as I can from you all and will post some pictures once I get it up and running.

Hi Charles, welcome to the site and good luck with your project; don't worry about the schedule, you've got enough to do by the sound of things.

It's been a while since I first logged in. I took delivery of the oven last spring, made a stand, and got all 1,800 lbs of it installed on the stand. I try and cook in it most weekends if the weather permits. I've cooked different style pizzas and all sorts of other food. I'll try and start posting some of my cooks going forward.

For the moment here she is in all her glory.
